Special and General Travel Terms and Conditions

Please, bear in mind that it is you as a traveler who knows best what you can manage. It is therefore your responsibility to choose a walk with an appropriate difficulty level. If you are uncertain – feel free to ask!

The General Travel Terms and Conditions, Magical Nature’s Special Travel Terms and Conditions as well as the written information given at the time of your booking, governs the agreement between the traveler and Magical Nature.

It is of utmost importance that the traveler reads Magical Nature’s Special Travel Terms and Conditions. They are part of the agreement between the traveler and the travel operator and governs both parties’ rights and responsibilities. The General Travel Terms and Conditions as well as the Special Travel Terms and Conditions are considered accepted when the traveler has received a booking confirmation from Magical Nature.

Special Travel Terms and Conditions

The registration fee is 10% of the travel arrangement’s total cost. A booking confirmation, including an invoice of the registration fee, will be e-mailed to you. The invoice is to be paid within 10 days.

The remaining amount, 90% of the travel arrangement’s total cost needs to be paid 40 days before departure. A final invoice will be sent to you.

It is possible to sign a cancellation insurance via Gouda Travel Insurance. The insurance premium starts at 5% of the travel arrangement’s total cost.

1.4. The agreement is binding between the parties when the travel operator has confirmed the traveler’s booking in writing, and the traveler has paid agreed registration fee, within the set time frame, according to the travel operator’s directions.

1.7. The traveler has the obligation to double check the travel documents as soon as they have been received. Should there be any errors, the traveler must let the travel operator know as soon as possible. An administrative fee might be charged if corrections need to be made in the booking.

2.4. Should the traveler not pay the agreed amount in accordance with the agreement, the travel operator has the right to annul the agreement and keep the registration fee as damage, unless it is unreasonably high. 

Cancellation rules

The traveler has the right to cancel the travel arrangement according to the following:

3.1.1. Should the traveler cancel earlier than 30 days before departure, he or she must pay the registration fee to cover the cancellation cost.

3.1.2. Should the traveler cancel earlier than 14 days before departure, he or she must pay 25% of the travel arrangement’s total cost, not lower, however, than the registration fee.

3.1.4. Should the traveler cancel within 8 days before departure, the traveler must pay the total cost of the travel arrangement.

After the travel arrangement has been carried out, we will save our customers e-mail addresses only. The reason why we save these is to be able to send newsletters.

 

 

Travel guarantee

In capacity as seller, Magic Nature is subject to the provisions of the Travel Guarantees Act (1972:204) and has therefore lodged a travel guarantee with Kammarkollegiet. This serves as a financial protection for the traveler.

The travel guarantee applies to anyone selling package travels and protects the traveler should a travel arrangement be cancelled or interrupted. This is in the unlikely event of a bankruptcy of the travel operator.

Send your application for compensation to the Travel Guarantees Board at Kammarkollegiet no later than three months after the travel arrangement has been cancelled or interrupted.
